About The Throne

Drawing its inspiration from classic tales of fantasy and mythological kingdoms, The Throne explores a ship of misfit pirates who discover a young queen banished from her kingdom. Pivoting from a life of treasure-seeking to become an unlikely band of heroes, The Throne tells a riveting story about fighting against an evil king to reclaim the queen’s throne.

Will the queen reclaim her throne, or will they fall to the dark powers who stole it from her? Only those who attend this one-time-only show will find out.

Featuring professional circus talent and Toronto’s Brazilian Zouk community, this show brings together storytelling, dance, and circus arts into a fast-paced 45-minute production that will captivate you.
